  Fun drink selection. They are a bit spendy, but fun to try! Super cool environment! The owner is almost always there. No food available.

  The drinks are creative and tasty. That's the only positive things I can say about The Alchemist.
  
  Drinks were insanely expensive. Like $10-14 for a 8-10oz drink. You get the drink and think, "Really? That's all? $12 for that?! Am I in Vegas?" No, you're in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Music was dark and slightly emo. Staff was unapproachable, not very friendly or warm. It's a small building with basically standing room only.
  
  My wife and I came with two other couples and was extremely disappointed. Won't go back. Would rather walk 50 feet down the road to Big Wood Brewery to get a good beer from a friendly staff and fun place.

  Cocktail Jedis work here. Excellent drinks, cool environment. Will definitely be back. N/A drink for my wife was also delicious, which testifies to their commitment to quality.
